The cuisine rispect the tasty tradiction of the place and follow the rhythms of the seasonal produce, we use only first quality products, only seasonal vegetables, fresh fish from Adriatic Sea, oil DOP and IGT from Garda region, fresh meats from selected slaughterhouses from Veneto and Tuscany. Menus vary depending on the daily catch. In the preparation of dishes we have utmost attention and care, keeping intact the taste and authenticity of raw materials. Homemade pasta. Spoon sweet and cakes preparated by us, following the seasonal of fruits and raw materials. We join to the "ORGOGLIO MEDITERRANEO" a program of RADIO RAI 2 about healthy eating.
